The guesthouse
Our apartments are located 10 minutes’ walk from the village centre, in a peaceful setting opposite the small river Weissache. It is also only 100 metres from the ski lifts. These lifts (created in 2016 – equipped with wifi, heated seats…) operate in winter as well as in summer. And they take you up to 1553 metres above sea level, on the Hartkaiser massif. In summer, it is the starting point for many walks and hikes. And in winter it is ideally situated at the foot of the slopes of one of the largest ski areas in Austria (280 km of slopes, 91 lifts). At its summit, you will find a lovingly designed family activity park that offers children fun with water, wood, and rock games while respecting the environment.

Opposite the Hartkaiser is another unique mountain range. This is the Wilder Kaiser. It is one of the last great Alpine foothills (highest point: 2344 m) before the Bavarian lowlands. The Wilder Kaiser is a wild and protected natural area with unforgettable hiking opportunities. The Wilder Kaiser has been a nature reserve since 1963 - unforgettable experiences in the midst of untouched nature are guaranteed.
There are numerous possibilities for excursions by car from the guesthouse. We attach great importance to providing our guests with individual advice and tailoring our recommendations to each person's wishes.
